Bonzo in Tanked

Another Bonzo short from 1925, this time seeing the pup join the army. Unfortunately the print I own isn't in the best condition, so there's a large chunk that I wasn't able to take screengrabs from.

Bonzo in Zoo-Ology

Some stills from a 1925 Bonzo short, Zoo-Ology. My copy appears to be missing footage: it starts with Bonzo in the middle of an encounter with a zookeeper.

A recurring gag in the Bonzo series is the character's removable spots; in a variation, this short sees a zebra's stripes rub off on Bonzo's body, resulting in him being mistaken for a "Striped Bonzosaurus".

Once again, the film can be purchased from Cartoons on Film.

Bonzo the Traveller and Polar Bonzo

Some stills from a couple of 1925 Bonzo shorts. In the first Bonzo stows away on a plane to France, causes travel in the City of Lights and finally swims the channel to Boobville-on-the-Rocks

Both shorts can be bought on DVD from Cartoons on Film.

In this short, Polar Bonzo, Bonzo goes to see a film about polar exploration, only to fall asleep and dream he's at the Arctic.
