Public information films: lifting, snow and cycling

Another batch of stills from classic public information films. First, Lifting Safely from 1972.

Next, Snow Seen from 1980, about keeping car windscreens clear during snowy weather.

And finally, Children Overtake from 1981. Despite its title, it completely lacks children, and instead stars a character named Augustus Windsock.

  1. Hi Neil

The bottom film is by Richard Taylor Cartoons, and dates from around 1975. He used this job to experiment with light and shade on the traced figures - there was another one called Children Turn. They also used a computer to help with the perspective backgrounds.
Adds up to a really interesting look.
